the staff were really friendly and helpful. electric charging was available and that was very useful. the breakfast was nice.. especially the fresh pastries.

the room service menu was limited and i thought it was overpriced. the distance to the city is a bit of an issue since the hotel sits on a hill. i did notice some dogs were quite loud at times .

The views from our room were just amazing, particularly at sunset. The spa provided a relaxing experience with its variety of pools and sauna options. The room had a comfortable bed. It allowed us to rest well after our long days exploring the area.

I found the drink prices at the bar a bit high. A single canned beer with a plastic cup cost me a considerable amount. it would have been better if a glass was included.

waleed at reception gave the warmest welcome i have ever experienced i upgraded to a lake view room and it was definitely worth it the views are amazing the spa is also lovely i used the pools and found them very clean. the restaurant offers excellent food with a great atmosphere i especially enjoyed the breakfast it was delicious with a great selection.

the hotel is positioned above lake lugano the views are fine this hilltop location offers a peaceful retreat it is a short drive from lugano but feels secluded i enjoyed the serenity it offered.
